President, Senior Claims Adjuster
Scott has been an independent adjuster since 1989. He is the Founder and President of Resource Adjusters Group and previously was a partner in 2 southern Ontario based adjusting companies. Licensed in all lines, Scott specializes in the investigation and adjustment of Commercial Property and Liability claims.

Paul is a Senior Claims Adjuster with 27 plus years of experience in the insurance industry. He resides and operates a satellite office in Guelph, Ontario.
Prior to working in the independent field he was an Assistant Claims Manager for a niche insurance company, and has held various capacities in the insurance industry which has provided him valuable knowledge and insight in the industry.
Paul specializes in the investigation of Automobile Third Party Bodily Injury and Accident Benefits claims. He is well versed in the areas of Dispute Resolution having attended numerous Mediation’s and Arbitration’s. Paul has expanded his knowledge in the field of sports injury and liability investigations.

Karen is a senior claims adjuster with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She operates a satellite office in Aurora, Ontario for Resource Adjusters Group.
She has worked in various fields in the insurance industry and now specializes in the investigation of automobile third party bodily injury and accident benefit investigations. Karen prides herself in completing thorough investigations and statement taking in a timely manner.
